Following this link you can see that telegram-desktop only exists in
bullseye (oldoldstable), bookworm (oldstable), and sid, so it's not
available in trixie (stable).  If you click on any link, on the right
hand side there is a link of "Developer Information" pointing to this
page[1], which has explanation on why it's not in trixie: it
build-depends on an old version of libabsl which is no longer available.
Or in short: the version packaged in Debian is too old and cannot be
built.

This package will no be part of Trixie suite.  But if the maintainer
fixes/upgrades the package, it is possible to request that this package
be backported to trixie-backports.  Please feel free to submit a
wishlist bug as such.
