You'll have to provide somewhat more context to get a meaningful
help, but I'll draw heavily on my crystal ball and assume that (a)
you are using bash, and (b) the message above only shows when
starting a new shell. Be warned that my crystal ball tends to be
cloudy on Fridays :-)

To debug this, you might issue the following command:

  bash -xl

(the -x option telling the bash to report every command it runs
while starting, those comands being in diverse startup files,
where the -l option tells it to be a "login shell"). Either look
into the ensuing mess and be enlightened, or post it here for
further help.
