I did so and the message seem to disappear. But I will check for the next 
days.

The upgrade to trixie was not so flawlessly as always. This time I ran into 
several issues, which might be caused by bookworm things left over.

Tried a fresh installation and worked well.

The cause of the problem can also be a rights problem (although I have nothing 
changed!), as as user root it is working fine, but as a normal user, even a 
fresh and new user, got these issues (application-menu not working in kde, X 
is hanging or freezing and some other stuff). But this is related somwhere 
else.
