How to you propose to buy it ? If from a shop why not make a Debian Live memory
stick and boot the machine from that - you do NOT need to install but from the
live environment can check out the important things that may cause trouble:
screen and Wifi -- you will need to get permission from the shop and convince
them that it will not harm the machine!
