Yes see below! ;^)

This is what I use in "/etc/systemd/network":

==> br0.netdev <==
[NetDev]
	Name=br0
	Kind=bridge
	MACAddress=<MAC-ADDR-OF-INTERFACE-TO-BE-BRIDGED>

==> br0.network <==
[Match]
	Name=br0

[Network]
	DHCP=ipv4


Note that this is an HYP the DHCP leases are coming from upstream for 
the host and the VMs.

I use "--network bridge=br0,mac=<VM-MAC>" as part of the virt-install CMD.

P.S.

You need phisical access to the host if something goes sideways when 
setting up the bridge!
