includes the statement "... as of July 2017 support for still-image 
capture is not yet implemented."

Reference 4 still shows "Still image capture  No".  Anyone here able 
to comment? Otherwise I can ask in the Linux media development mailing 
list. linux-media@vger.kernel.org

I'm no expert with UVC or Kernel but updating the Wikipedia article is 
easy enough.
