"apt" is a Debian package system. From my experience, Gentoo uses
"emerge" instead, so building apt packages for it won't work.

There was apt-build, but It's orphaned [1]

apt-build world [2]

is the Debían solution 

I tested It many time ago and it worked, but not sure if It will work in Workborm
