Well, we are the user community, not the officials.

There seems to be no official certification process but only plans to
establish some

Nearest to your wish to present your systems as Debian-ready is possibly

where you could establish a sub-page like

Conveniently, this page states
  "When adding new devices, please also:
   submit an installation report for the Debian installer team to process.
   consider sending a hardware report to the Linux hardware database"
As the installer team will be involved anyways, i would ask them in case
of problems even before adding something to the InstallingDebianOn wiki.
