    Got it. I would rely on a search engine to do
      the heavy lifting for me and then use something like the Bash
      Reference Manual for more details, in that case, since I don't
      know of an individual resource that would do what you need. A
      query like "site:stackoverflow.com bash how to read file into
      variable" via Google or DuckDuckGo (and maybe other search
      engines) usually points me in the right direction. Good luck with
