yep, i know, same experience here, but ...
... with the most current files, it did work, repeated it several times
- albeit on x64, i have no i386 anymore, if i had more time, i'd check
in a vm. ;-)
btw: starting the installer in expert mode (priority=low), it even asks
for the drives to scan for iso files.
