How do I find the src package? You mean of xfce4-screensaver? This is
all I can find:

$ apt search xfce4-screensaver
Sorting... Done
Full Text Search... Done
xfce4-screensaver/mx,now 4.18.2-0.1~mx23+1 amd64 [installed]
  screen saver and locker that is integrated with the xfce4 desktop
