I purchased a vps to use as my vpn server, and found out that it was black listed from the
https://wiki.debian.org/ website. I am currently using Bookworm, and would love to be able to visit the wiki with my vpn.
Who should I contact next on a private channel to get my IP unbanned? Thank you very much.
