The Right to Privacy is case law.
Griswold v. Connecticut (381 US 479 (1965)) - Supreme Court recognizes
a citizen's right to privacy. Privacy is found in the penumbra
(shadow) of 1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 9th amendments.
