/dev/dvb do not exist

Hello,

I'm trying to configure an FM/DAB/DVB stick, it's an r820t using an rtl2838 chip.
I'm able to listen fm radios.
When I use w_scan, it is not able to find the folder /dev/dvb.

How can I create this ?
