Knowing nothing about Haskell, I'd do:
charles@hawk:~$ apt-cache show haskell-platform
Package: haskell-platform

You might ask the Debian Haskell Group and check the home page to see
if there are more recent versions (I have no idea). You might also file
a bug against the haskell-platform package.
