kmail (for kde prior to 4.8.4, and maybe a few later versions, but by 4.14.2.,
it no longer supported mbox)
e.g., kmail, kmail 1.13.7 under kde 4.8.4 (on Debian Wheezy (yeah, I know)
or the kmail in TDE (the Trinity Desktop Environment)
