I would suggest installing Debian 11 - just released - for two reasons:
1.) The software is significantly newer - it may be that the video card was
initally released after the release of Debian Buster - so not so well
supported. It also uses a more modern kernel - 5.10.
2.) If you use the unofficial media image including the non-free firmware
https://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/unofficial/non-free/cd-including-firmware/current/amd64/iso-cd/firmware-11.0.0-amd64-netinst.iso
the firmware detection and installation for firmware for video cards has
been improved significantly.
I appreciate that won't help you with Debian 10.6 but Debian 10.10 would
not help much either.
