Everything else looks good, except for this "30000" section. You've got
a pin somewhere, for an older version of grub-efi-amd64, and it's
throwing everything out of whack.

Could you please help me fixing this? What are the next steps to go? How
can I unpin this or find out why it was pinned?

Thanks in advance
