Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  grub-efi-amd64 : Depends: grub-common (= 2.02+dfsg1-20+deb10u3)
                   Depends: grub2-common (= 2.02+dfsg1-20+deb10u3)
                   Depends: grub-efi-amd64-bin (= 2.02+dfsg1-20+deb10u3)
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.
markus@bmtMB1:/var/log/apt$

Start by getting more information:

apt policy grub-efi-amd64 grub-common grub2-common grub-efi-amd64-bin

It wouldn't hurt to double-check your sources.list as well.
