bluetoothctl to pair
pulseaudio-module-bluetooth
pavucontrol to setup the preferred profile (I don't know what is the KDE
equivalent)

if issues remove ~/.config/pulse/ and reboot or login/logout, pair and setup
again as described above

you do not need hciconfig -a
