This is more a question about how to use DuckDuckGo, rather than it is about Debian, but I'll bite. https://help.duckduckgo.com/duckduckgo-help-pages/results/syntax/ remarks that "intitle:dogs" will return results whose Page title includes the words "dogs". Hopefully that points you in the right direction.
