This driver:

sudo apt install printer-driver-escpr

should work for that printer.

After installing it, you'll need to set up CUPS. It's probably
already installed, but if not,

sudo apt install cups

At that point,
https://wiki.debian.org/SystemPrinting#The_CUPS_Web_Interface

should be enough to get you printing.
