sshd_config is not included in a package, but is generated by postinst
script of "openssh-server" package.
To see it use "ucfq /etc/ssh/sshd_config".
Not all packages use ucf, so more universal (but less convenient) way of
doing this is:

rgrep sshd_config /var/lib/dpkg/info
