I would:

1.  Run 'apt-get purge virtualbox-6.0'.

2.  Run 'rm /etc/apt/source.list.d/virtualbox.list'.

3.  Forget about the installed Oracle public keys; they should do no harm.

4.  Run 'apt-get update'.

5.  Install VirtualBox per the "Oracle® VM VirtualBox® User Manual".
