Yes on XFS, no on JFS. (XFS is very actively developed; JFS is moribund, has no really compelling benefits over other filesytems, and gets much less testing due to very low adoption. I don't personally recommend JFS for any new deployment.)

As to the original question, if you're happy with XFS there's no problem sticking with it. There's also no reason not to go with the easy default and use EXT4, especially in a single-disk situation.
