That's a side effect of the recent kmod upload, the new kernel is only
involved because an initramfs had to be created for it.  See
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=948257.

  System seems unaffected. Is this error serious??

No, your system should boot just fine.
