Debian9.6 upgrades to Debian 10 byitself.

Having 9.6 i executed:

$ apt-get update ; apt-get upgrade.

And now /etc/sources/sources.list points to testing and

$ lsb_release -a
No LSB modules are available.
Distributor ID: Debian
Description:    Debian GNU/Linux 10 (buster)
Release:        10
Codename:       buster
