Thanks. Empathy is installed now. Appears it uses a keyring to
store the password for a PSTN gateway account. So I've installed
seahorse.
Have yet to succeed in making the gateway password available from a
keyring.
Provided the PSTN password is typed ( =8~| ), the gatway is opened.
=8~) Empathy's "Add Contact" remains disabled; the button and menu
item are pale gray. Ideas about contacts?
