NIC I219-V and strange message in the kernel log
Hi all,
I have a motherboard with integrated network card Intel I219-V
This is the information from lspci:
00:1f.6 Ethernet controller: Intel Corporation Ethernet Connection (2)
I219-V
but I can see a strange message (only one on every system restart). This
is the output of dmesg:
[ 4.873221] IPv6: ADDRCONF(NETDEV_UP): enp0s31f6: link is not ready
[ 7.699434] e1000e: enp0s31f6 NIC Link is Up 1000 Mbps Full Duplex,

[ 7.699478] IPv6: ADDRCONF(NETDEV_CHANGE): enp0s31f6: link becomes ready

I have not noticed any network problem but I'm curious why this message
appears in the kernel log.
I use Debian 10 (buster).
Kind regards
Georgi
