No jigdo images yet?

Back from the weekend, and now I'm trying to do a jigdo download of the
new buster install image, but having no luck. Are the jigdo files not
up yet (although they seem to be there when I access them with other
tools instead of jigdo-lite), or are the instructions on debian.org
wrong, or am I somehow misunderstanding them?

Transcript of what I've tried, along with a couple ### notes ### about
where I got my information and some alternatives I tried:

### Hmm, wget finds the URL just fine, even though jigdo-lite says it ###
### doesn't exist... So install it from the local file instead of ###
### the URL, even though https://www.debian.org/CD/jigdo-cd/ says to ###

If you already have a previous version of the CD you are
downloading, jigdo can re-use files on the old CD that are also
present in the new image, and you do not need to download them
again. Mount the old CD ROM and enter the path it is mounted under
(e.g. `/mnt/cdrom').
Alternatively, just press enter if you want to start downloading
the remaining files.
Files to scan:

-----------------------------------------------------------------
The jigdo file refers to files stored on Debian mirrors. Please
choose a Debian mirror as follows: Either enter a complete URL
pointing to a mirror (in the form
`ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian/'), or enter any regular expression
for searching through the list of mirrors: Try a two-letter
country code such as `de', or a country name like `United
States', or a server name like `sunsite'.
Debian mirror [http://httpredir.debian.org/debian/]:

File `debian-10.0.0-amd64-netinst.template' does not exist!

### Can't find that file either, despite using the mirror URL ###
### suggested on https://www.debian.org/CD/jigdo-cd/. I've also ###
### tried a half-dozen other randomly-selected German and ###
### Swedish mirrors, plus a few in the US in case it's just a ###
### European problem, all with the same results. ###
