Re-mapping AltGr and PrtSc keys globally

Hi.

Debian MATE 9.2.1.

My laptop's keyboard has Alt Gr followed by PrtSc to the immediate right of the Space bar. I'd like to globally remap those keys to Super and Right Alt respectively.

I've tried various things with my laptop's BIOS, xmodmap and the MATE settings without success. Does anyone know how to accomplish this?
