hello, I am getting a notification in Gnome saying there are packages to be updated and I get the option to click on a button saying Update and Restart. However, if I do a regular apt upgrade, I dont need to restart my system. Why am I getting this notification? since when do I need to restart my system to upgrade any package in Debian? thanks,
