Oops. The page promises
  "The files here are complete ISO images, ready to use."

The .log files, e.g.
  https://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/weekly-live-builds/i386/iso-hybrid/debian-live-testing-i386-cinnamon.log
show possible reasons:

  ERROR command failed: ['vmdebootstrap', '--sudo', ...
  ...
  EEEK! Something bad happened...

The mailing list in charge is

  debian-live@lists.debian.org

Please report the problem there. It needs attention.

This is of december 2017 and still ok. The .log files are much longer, too.
