That doesn't follow. The release note are specific to the release and
thus obviously cannot be fixed. The man pages can be fixed in any
future release of the subject packages. File bug reports against the
relevant packages explaining what you think needs to change. Mention
the man pages in the bug title. If the bug is closed without action or
marked "won'tfix" (or ignored) then you will have reason to gripe.
