Seems not related to IPv6 or dual stack:

tom@hades:~$ host -t A xbl.spamhaus.org ns3.spamhaus.org
Using domain server:
Name: ns3.spamhaus.org
Address: 192.16.188.181#53
Aliases:

xbl.spamhaus.org has no A record

tom@hades:~$ host -t AAAA xbl.spamhaus.org ns3.spamhaus.org
Using domain server:
Name: ns3.spamhaus.org
Address: 192.16.188.181#53
Aliases:

xbl.spamhaus.org has no AAAA record

Seems there's no xbl.spamhaus.org anymore.
