it seems that Windows 98 is more powerful
i have format it with ntfs
but i have no experience with ntfs
i still want to format with fat32

There is mentioned 32GB volume size limit for Windows' 2000 utility
program but that might be valid for Windows XP too.

Linux supports read and write operations for NTFS. I'm not sure if macOS
and *BSDs support NTFS.
