(precise)soyeomul@localhost:~$ cat /etc/resolv.conf
nameserver 192.168.43.1
options single-request timeout:1 attempts:5

Mine is Ubuntu on Chromebook. Just check /etc/resolv.conf. If you are
running DNS server, it is better to remove them. Local DNS server make
trouble(s) sometimes.
