I'm very happy with a Dell Inspiron 13 7000 series I picked up at Best Buy a month or so ago. It appears to meet your requirements, and is also a convertible (I can fold the screen back over to put it in "tent" mode), has a touch-screen, supports an active pen, and has a backlit keyboard. The key feel is terrible but the keyboard is full-size; it's been a long time since I've seen a laptop with a keyboard that felt good.
