Without the claim to be able to do this again:

By enumerating the name "Elmer Fudpucker" (obviously known to the internet)
and applying base64 twice:

  $ echo "ElmerFudpucker" | base64 | base64
  Uld4dFpYSkdkV1J3ZFdOclpYSUsK
