kernel 3.16.39-1

Just downloaded a bunch of updates.  I end up with kernel 3.16.39-1

uname:
3.16.0-4-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 3.16.39-1 (2016-12-30) x86_64 GNU/Linux

However on debian.org 3.16.36-1 is still listed as the kernel for
jessie.

anyone else getting this?
