/media/<user> is not a shared directory.
Sorry, you're right. I followed the above suggestion, but the result is not a great step forward: if another user tries to eject the cdrom, he's asked with the password of the user who logged for first.

I guess I have to specify suitable permission in the above file. I tried with:

ENV{ID_FS_USAGE}=="filesystem|other|crypto", ENV{UDISKS_FILESYSTEM_SHARED}="1", GROUP="users", MODE="0660"

(on a single line), but it seems that GROUP and MODE are simply ignored.
