first you have to install manually a program which make this happen, because not everybody wants this behavior.

# apt-get install gdebi

after a log-out and log-in you are able to install a Debian package with a click.

I tried to install opera on Debian. 

I have computer science degree and I still trying to do this.

I know nobody will read this email.

Time to go back to Windows.
