Very obscure domain. They threaten you with the death penalty if you
dare to visit them.

Are you in any relation with them ?

You aren't "neel.shreeweb@gmail.com" and you don't intentionally
send mails to that address, i assume.

gmail accuses "your IP address" and quotes the one of blninja.com.

If blninja.com is your mail provider, then it has a bad reputation at gmail.
Else, i guess somebody is using your mail address for spamming via
mail.blninja.com, or blninja.com tries to spam you by fake rejections.

Is there any advertising attached ?
Shall you pay for blacklist removal ?
