Yes, tomas, welcome to comments!

As you said, i have to prepare proper chromebook to run Debian Linux (Stretch or Jessie) or *BSD by 100-150$. Because android smart phone's display (4.8") is too small to edit wml files for translation, plus i need real keyboard.

I'll read the links from you tomas and buy chromebook. After install all, then i do edit wml files with Emacs day by day~
