granular acl in tmux

Hello list,

I have been using screen since last few years. I like to migrate to tmux 
as the terminal doesn't break during resize. And the mouse control is 
there too. But I'm missing the acl control which are present in screen. 
How can I start a screen session as read-only at server end (now it is a 
voluntary option during attach). How can I detach a user from the 
session, how to control rwx ?  Are those possible in tmux ? Even wemux 
doesn't have such granular control. Please advise
