The files/folders browser doesn't open when I have several other programs already open and running. I click on the icon, the mouse turns into the turning circle for a few seconds, and then nothing happens. The machine is plenty powerful to handle it. The problem started recently, after updating the system for the first time in a while (a month or two). Even after closing all open programs, it won't open the files browser unless I restart the system. Any ideas how to fix this?
