Using an SSD with strictatime mount option

Hi again,

I have debian installed on a single SSD partition, 
with ordinary desktop use.

When I set the strictatime option, mutt accurately shows new
mails arriving. (I'm using mbox format.)

Is this setting going to wear out my SSD?
