[Reportbug]:which package should i point

Hi,

I'm trying to report a bug related to Debian jessie, because when i start 
the computer some programs doesn't run like the sound and the synaptic 
touch-pad plus when i try to shut down the computer in GUI mode it 
doesn't work too, I have to go in the shell and type the following 
command: shutdown -r now. and after it's ok. 

so, i don't know what packages those bugs ares dues.  That's why i'm 
writing this mail message to this list.

Note that, my English may be suck but i have a good excuse for that: i'm 
french from Quebec! lol.
