Unusual update location

Just being cautious. I was just beginning a dist-upgrade and aptitude 
update gave me this:

Hit http://spritelink.github.io stable/extra armel Packages
Ign http://spritelink.github.io stable/extra Translation-en_US

.
ftp.us.debian.org is the only repository on my sources.list.

In fact I don't ever remember being redirected when updating and upgrading.

Am I having a problem?
