SATA HD hotplug "Authentication is required"
I have just added an eSATA outlet on my box; when I plug in a SATA disk, it is visible in gparted, its label is displayed in the Places column of PCManfm, but when I click on it I get an error "Authentication is required".
Is that udev throwing a tantrum ?
Tried mounting it from the CLI, did not work:
root@ron:/home/ron # mount /dev/sdi1
mount: can't find /dev/sdi1 in /etc/fstab or /etc/mtab
How do I get it to mount ?
Cheers,
Ron.
